- First-hand experience at problem solving
- A sense of fairness
- Unlimited opportunity to test your creativity
- First hand experiences
at conflict management
- A very real understanding of the phrase “A
Team Player”
- An unlimited network of camp friends and “camp family”
- A sense of equality
- Most important… A sense of self

are comparable to other summer jobs. Most positions have
salaries ranging from $2,000 to $3,000 for persons with certification
