Any staff assigned to initiative activities.

Specific Duties

To insure safety and equality for all campers.
To teach campers to work together cooperatively as a group.
To teach campers to interact with others and feel comfortable trusting each other.
To involve all campers during class.
To teach campers to be comfortable with initiative games and activities.

Pay/Benefits
$225-$275 weekly, room and board, insurance
